This is an old review I wrote for another site

This is a truly American and East Coast wine as it is made from a native Norton varietal. The deep red colour of this wine is quite nice as is the spicy, raspberry aroma that comes through fairly well. As for its taste I was pleasantly surprised by the mix of chocolate and coffee flavours that it had, and kept, with a decent finish. This went quite well with some grilled chicken for myself, though I think a steak would probably also go well. If you’re a fan of Norton wines or of a nice merlot you'll most likely enjoy this, and at that price I'd say it’s worth a try for you all.
